About me

Sara Vikse-Brenton, MSc, LCT, CCC

I am an experienced, licensed counsellor who believes that the  therapeutic relationship is based on equality; you are the expert of  your life and I may have some ideas that you haven't considered.  I believe it is never too  late to make positive changes to help us live our best life.
         

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk about  what is troubling you. We will  work together to help you with your goals. It would be a privilege to be able to help  you on your journey.

The fee for individual counselling is $150.00. Payment is due when service is provided. 

A typical individual counselling session  lasts for 50 minutes. 

I am able to direct-bill NIHB, Veteran's Affairs Canada and most Blue Cross plans. I will provide a  detailed receipt upon payment for services for you to submit to your  insurance provider. Please check to see that your insurance covers the  services of a Licensed Counselling Therapist. 

I have experience helping with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and loss, trauma, and more.
